Our story

Hello and welcome to McCarthy WoodWerks. Mike McCarthy started McCarthy Woodwerks during the 2020 Covid pandemic. It all started with an idea and we’ve always had a passion for building things with our own two hands. We are big backyard barbecue enthusiasts and needed bigger boards for our delicious smoked barbecue. We decided to make our own. Our premium hardwood cutting boards & charcuterie boards are all handcrafted in Dewey, AZ. Our lumber and materials are carefully hand selected for the best quality product. All of our products are finished with safe food grade oils. We hope to be a staple in you kitchen for many years to come. Let’s get to cookin’.
