Board Butter
Description: 1- 2oz tin Food Safe Board Butter.
Ingredients: Food Grade Mineral Oil, Yellow Beeswax
For best use, apply a generous amount of McCarthy Woodwerks board butter to your cutting board, charcuterie/cheese boards. Rub the board conditioner and let sit for a minimum of 2-4 hours or overnight if possible. The wood will absorb the board conditioner. Wipe off/ buff in what is not absorbed with a microfiber cloth or paper towels. Repeat monthly, or as often as needed when your board becomes dry.
